**Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?**:
Hallo daar Ben je op zoek naar een stage voor 3 maanden op het gebied van Human Resources en meer specifiek van de werving/het beheer van de relaties met scholen? Ben je gemotiveerd en droom je ervan om bij te dragen aan het vormgeven aan de toekomst van de MIVB in de scholen? Dan is hier dé opportuniteit voor jou
**Welke taken zal je uitvoeren?**:
Het team Traineeships & Young Pool zoekt een parel Iemand met energie, creativiteit en coole ideeën die ons zal kunnen helpen bij het rekruteren van onze toekomstige stagiair(e)s en om de employer branding van de MIVB in de scholen en universiteiten een boost te geven.
Je taken?
Een geniale mix van avonturen Van sourcing, via het uitwerken van communicatiecampagnes en deelnemen aan opwindende events (jobfairs, bezoeken enz.), tot het selecteren van de toekomstige stagiair(e)s. Bij ons zal je je nooit vervelen
En - last but not least - zul je ook, in functie van onze activiteiten en jouw affiniteiten, de gelegenheid krijgen om aan andere projecten deel te nemen die erop gericht zijn om onze zichtbaarheid bij de scholen te verbeteren.

**Is deze stage iets voor jou?**:
- Je hebt een Master-diploma in Human Resources, Marketing of Communicatie.
- Je bent leergierig en bereid om je vaardigheden op het vlak van rekrutering en employer branding verder te ontwikkelen.
- Flexibiliteit is helemaal jouw ding Zowel op het terrein, in de scholen als in telewerk: jij past je gemakkelijk aan.
- Jouw super power zit hem in je sociale vaardigheden.
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans, en begrijpt de andere taal goed.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor minstens 3 maanden (van oktober tot december of van februari tot juni).
