Jouw CV en motivatie komen in de mailbox van de coördinatoren van Collide terecht. Zonder omweg ben je dus meteen aan het juiste adres. Je mag binnen de week een antwoord en eventuele uitnodiging voor een verkennend gesprek verwachten.
**Vekennend gesprek**:
Tijdens een verkennend gesprek maken we kennis op persoonlijk en technisch vlak. Jij vertelt wie je bent en wij vertellen jou ons verhaal. Ook na dit gesprek zorgen we voor snelle feedback, ook wanneer er geen match is.
**Tweede gesprek**:
Was de feedback positief, dan nodigen we je uit voor een tweede gesprek, dat meteen ook ons beslissingsmoment is. Voelt het goed langs beide kanten, dan volgt er een voorstel.
