- Je bent empathisch en communicatief zeer sterk.
- Je houdt ervan met klanten in gesprek te gaan over hun behoeften inzake comp & ben, de verschillende mogelijkheden te overlopen en hen hierover te adviseren en te informeren.
- Je kickt op onderhandelen en het over de streep trekken van klanten.
- Je bloeit open tijdens events en infomomenten.
- Je hebt ervaring in beloning, compensatie & voordelen en consultancy.
- Juridische en/of payrollervaring zijn een plus.
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
- Je speelt met cijfers en voordelen voor klanten.
- Je houdt makkelijk het overzicht.
- Innovatie en samenwerking zijn onderdeel van wie je bent.
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen voor onze klanten.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
**Jouw missie**:
Adviesrol:
- Klanten wegwijs maken hoe ze bepaalde verloningselementen kunnen optimaliseren met een focus op uitbetaling in warrants, al dan niet via een cafetariaplan.
- Klanten meegeven wat de consequenties zijn van bepaalde keuzes en hoe flexibilisering werkt.
- Eventuele toelichting aan hoger management bij de klant of ondernemingsraad.
- Werknemers van klanten informeren.
Commercieel:
- Onderhandelen met klanten.
- Opstellen van contracten.
- Opvolging RFP's.
- Voorstellen van en deelname aan interne en externe events.
- Actief op zoek gaan naar marktopportuniteiten.
