About the job:


As the creative mastermind steering the Loyalty & Customer Engagement ship, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing a top-notch loyalty strategy.

Dive into the world of customer data, segments, and profiles to craft personalized offers and orchestrate automated campaigns that leave a lasting impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Loyalty Program Strategy:

Be the architect of a comprehensive loyalty program strategy that's not just a program but an experience Collaborate with our Customer & Market Insights Coordinator to boost customer retention and satisfaction.


Partnership Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with external partners and internal stakeholders to create and implement a loyalty program that sets the industry standard.

Let's ensure the cherished customers are showered with rewards that truly reflect their loyalty

Performance Reporting:

Provide management with budgetary and KPI reports, blending insights from digital channels, offline communication, and both online and offline sales.

Let's make data-driven decisions that shape the future

Actionable Insights:

Delve into data to discover gems of actionable insights Collaborate with the Customer Value Proposition team to turn these insights into initiatives that redefine our service standards.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Join forces with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams Align the loyalty program efforts with broader business goals and enhance customer engagement at every touchpoint.


Proven Experience:
If you've conquered the realms of customer engagement, loyalty programs, or a similar epic role, you're the one we're looking for

Analytical Wizardry:
We need someone with analytical skills to turn numbers into actionable recommendations that'll leave our competition in awe.

Communication Maestro:
We're seeking a maestro with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to harmonize with our internal and external stakeholders.

Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation tools is a big plus.
