Als Supply Chain Planning Manager ben jij dé sleutelfiguur in het streven naar uitmuntendheid op vlak van supply chain planningsprocessen. Jouw ultieme doel? Een excellente service, waarbij het juiste product, in de juiste hoeveelheid, op het juiste moment en de juiste plaats bij de klant terechtkomt. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met en rapporteer je aan de Supply Chain Manager, die zich voornamelijk toelegt op het logistieke verhaal.
Werp een blik op jouw rijkdom aan verantwoordelijkheden en challenges:
- Jij krijgt de kans om veel zaken op poten te zetten, nieuwe dingen te creëren en verwezenlijken. Zo zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van strategische supply chain planningsprocessen.
- Met jouw continuous improvement mindset en kritische blik ga jij voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden om de planningsystemen en procedures op punt te stellen. Zo duik je ook meteen in een project, waarbij je bekijkt welke interessante planningstools een meerwaarde kunnen bieden.
- Jij bent de stuwende kracht achter een feilloos inventory management. Optimale voorraadniveaus, accurate forecasting en demand planning kennen dan ook nog weinig geheimen voor jou.
- Jij bent een verbindende factor in de supply chain keten. Jij organiseert cross-divisional meetings.
- Daarnaast is het data
- en KPI management veilig onder jouw toezien, jij rapporteert dan ook duidelijk naar het management rond jouw noden en bevindingen.
- Als Supply Planning Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een zelfsturend team van 3 FTE.
