You will act as the voice of your department in x-functional projects, interact with different team members and translate complex information into business insights.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you'll get the opportunity to explore and improve the Nike Supply Chain and have a big impact on our logistic operations. We invest in our talent and offer the possibility for flexible career growth within the following departments:
Transportation Network Operations (TNO):
Running, improving, and developing our Transportation Network to serve our athletes is more important than ever. We are accountable for getting the product to the right place and time in a reliable and sustainable way, whether it is to the final consumer, wholesale partners, our retail or DC athletes.
In this role, you will coordinate projects and lead the implementation of change by presenting and communicating effectively to various stakeholders. You will support in selecting new partners and creating strong, long-lasting relationships. You will also have a big impact in our move to sustainable fuels, as it is our ambition to be fossil free by 2030.
FLOW management:
Flow Management plans and responds to the shifts in supply and demand. This team connects different operations teams, and brings together the right decision makers with the correct information to deliver our consumer promise.
In this role, you are responsible for translating the data from "target to plan". You will also track and communicate data with colleagues based in ELC, the Logistic Campus in Laakdal and EHQ, our European Headquarters in Hilversum. You will analyze and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes and handle X-functional logistic flows.
Distribution Development (DD)
At Nike we are constantly scaling and improving our omnichannel distribution capabilities to support our future growth strategy. We do this using agile and lean methodologies.
In this role, you identify potential supply chain challenges. You overcome them by supporting the crafting and implementation of innovative solutions including process transformation initiatives, large infrastructure projects and robotics. Together with a team you will work on a long-term capability roadmaps that shape the future of our campus.
Market Distribution Planning (MDP)
MDP synchronizes E2E ELC Distribution capacity variables, coming from 5 different DC on ELC Campus, to marketplace priorities, by gathering, analyzing and translating demand and supply targets into ELC Distribution insights. At the same, we turn ELC Distribution realities into marketplace and network insights.
In this role you connect and communicate with multiple teams within Nike. You plan to ensure we can respond to the constantly changing consumer needs, by creating holistic E2E capacity plans to execute upon (both on short-term and mid-term level). Key goal is to continuously improve E2E Distribution Capacity Planning processes.

Regardless of which department and team you will join, you will collaborate with different teammates within our ELC campus, European and Global Headquarters and external partners.
