**EMEA Supply Chain Planning Analyst**
As the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Process Analyst, you will be a key player in innovating, delivering continuous improvement, enable new business models in the EMEA region, while connecting different partners within the supply chain, cross-functional and in the broader ecosystem. You will help leverage the planning space process and tool-wise, ensuring to provide of sustainable solutions to the supply chain community that pave the way for a future autonomous planning environment. Within the EMEA supply chain, you will report to the supply chain planning excellence lead.
This position can be executed from any country in EMEA except Germany and France.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Digitalization and innovation**
- Conceptualizing and guiding new business models closely partnering with different stakeholders within the supply chain and cross-functional.
- Identify improvement and automization opportunities for planning processes creating value and efficiency.
- Experiment, explore, and promote the usage of new technologies.
**Continuous improvement and insights**
- Question the status quo collaboratively with Global/Region/IT and Business and constantly improve while providing robust and sustainable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Drive successful process and tool implementations according to business needs.
- Strive for process and system integration of business units, identify harmonization opportunities and initiate actions to deploy changes.
- Guide prioritization of projects/improvement requests in line with our supply chain roadmap and being the connector to other ongoing initiatives.
**People and partnerships**
- Build and sustain a cross-functional planning community and best practice exchange.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the region to identify opportunities for the systemic use of data to strengthen a culture of data-driven decision making as well as continuous improvement and process adherence.
- Build strong collaboration with Global Planning COE, be a gatekeeper who always considers and represents our regional requirements.
- Create a continuous learning environment.
- Liaise with industry experts, forums, and leading institutions on innovation and digitalization trends and opportunities for planning

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have a bachelor's of master's degree, preferably in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business management and supply chain.
- You have a deep understanding of and experience in planning processes, tools, and systems. Knowledge of seeds is a big plus for this role.
- You have profound expertise in change management and cultural affinity. You are a strong communicator and you can motivate and influence.
- You are data-driven and have great analytical capabilities, so you can connect different initiatives on a meta-level, aligned with vision and purpose.
- You are a customer focused and you can translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
- You are fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus.
