We zijn aanwezig in 36 landen en fungeren als belangrijke strategische partner voor 's werelds toonaangevende premium
- en luxemerken, voor wie we een effectieve en klantgerichte route naar de markt verzorgen.
In België en Luxemburg zijn we de **officiële distributeur **van **Toyota **en **Lexus **en **BYD**, een volledig EV-merk.
Last but not least hebben we een** Used Cars **centrum in Machelen - opererend onder de naam **bravoauto**:
- waar we gebruikte Toyota en Lexus auto's en gebruikte auto's van andere merken aanbieden aan particuliere klanten.
Voor de uitbreiding van bravoauto zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Sales & Logistics coördinator** om ons team te versterken.
**Functie**
- Als Sales & Logistics Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat onderhoud en herstellingen efficiënt worden uitgevoerd door het team van technici.
- Je verdeelt het werk onder de teamleden en bewaakt de voortgang ervan.
- Je bent de schakel tussen het inkoopteam, sales admin team en techniekers. Je zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden behaald om zo een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid na te streven.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het parkeer-en sleutelbeheer Dit houdt in dat je een overzicht hebt van de huidige autovoorraad, een overzicht hebt van de locatie van elke auto en het efficiënte beheer ervan en zorgt voor een goed en efficiënt beheer van de sleutels.
- Je ziet erop toe dat processen en richtlijnen - zowel van Toyota als de Inchcape Group - worden gevolgd en voert regelmatig controles uit (bv. kwaliteit, garanties, enz.).
- Je stuurt het team van technici aan en helpt hen vooruit in hun werk. Je staat in voor hun maandelijkse beoordelingen, geeft hen voortdurend feedback, zorgt ervoor dat ze bepaalde opleidingen volgen en geeft het goede voorbeeld.
- Je staat in voor het voorraad-en magazijnbeheer.
- Je coördineert de nodige autocontroles en zorgt voor een correctie afhandeling van de nodige documenten.
- Je staat in voor het garantieprogramma waaronder een goede evaluatie van de auto in samenwerking met het Sales /Sales Admin Team om de huidige OEM-garantie te beoordelen en of al het papierwerk beschikbaar is om te kunnen profiteren van de resterende garantieregeling.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor rapportage en facturatie
- Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager.

- Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit en hebt reeds ervaring in een coördinerende leidinggevende rol
- Je bent een echte people manager.
- Je kan jouw helikopterview bewaren en snel schakelen waar nodig
- Je bent servicegericht, nauwgezet, georganiseerd en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit.
- Je hebt een hoge mate van stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je hebt de flexibiliteit om collega's te ondersteunen wanneer nodig.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om MS Office toepassingen te gebruiken (Word, Outlook, Excel).
