We're on the lookout for an experienced

Senior Account Manager to take on a range of clients and projects. Ideally, you have
-
inside knowledge of digital, offline, social, and traditional media and communications. You already have
-
solid experience as an Account Manager in a communication agency. And you are a versatile
-
team player, who's just as happy collaborating as you are working independently to develop strong relationships with your clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients and projects

  • You'll work with autonomy and under the guidance of an Account Director
  • You'll prioritise daily objectives and drive the timely delivery of work
  • You'll proudly ensure success for both client and agency
  • You'll build strong relationships with your clients
  • You'll lead various digital and offline projects from briefing to delivery, including budget followup and planning. You'll be responsible for the daily management, coordination, implementation, and execution of these projects.
  • You'll proactively put ideas forward to clients You'll find solutions and overcome project difficulties calmly while keeping your Account Director in the loop
  • You'll draw up detailed budgets, plans and estimation updates with your colleagues
  • You'll defend budgets and respect them, keeping a clear overview of costs and expenses
    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
4-8 years of experience within a communication agency

  • Written and spoken Dutch, French, and English. This is Brussels, baby.
  • A strong knowledge of digital/social and offline communication
  • A wellstructured and organised way of working
  • The belief that details are as important as the bigger picture
  • A positive, proactive, constructive approach
  • A natural curiosity and desire to grow and learn
  • The ability to work as a team player with different stakeholders
  • A good eye for spotting commercial opportunities (and once you've launched yourself into an opportunity, there's no stopping you until the contract is signed)
  • Good presentation and communication skills, internally and externally
