Technical-commercial Support Coordinator

In deze functie ondersteun je de Manager in het dagdagelijkse werk en coördineer je voor de sales teams en voor de technical trainers de (technische) ondersteuning van onze klanten.

**Functie**:

- Je optimaliseert de administratieve flow rond klachtenbehandeling en zorgt voor de nodige follow up
- Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij het organiseren van trainingen voor klanten in ons Training Experience Center: je zorgt voor de praktische organisatie van A tot Z: planning, kalenderopvolging, praktische regeling ter plaatse en draagt zo bij tot het verder professionaliseren van ons Training Center.
- Je houdt de online applicaties, zoals de Design Center tool, up-to-date en je traint en ondersteunt het sales team in het gebruik ervan.
- Je onderhoudt de nieuwe digitale Knowledge Center tool waardoor technische vragen en topics helder en gestructureerd gepubliceerd worden zodat dit bijdraagt tot een positieve Customer Experience
- Je bent de schakel tussen de technische en commerciële afdelingen en waakt over de opvolging en verbetering van de werkmethodes rond technische berekeningen, klachtenbehandeling, garanties en verzekeringen

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- We zijn op zoek naar bij voorkeur een Bachelor Marketing/ CommunIcatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met een sterke affiniteit met de bouwwereld
- Een enthousiaste en leergierige schoolverlater is welkom
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je bent resultaat
- en actiegericht
- Je hebt een handen-uit-de-mouwen mentaliteit
- Je bent communicatief sterk, een initiatiefnemer en je werkt gestructureerd
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS office, met Powerpoint in het bijzonder en wil je graag verdiepen in digitale (inhouse) tools
