Bij Manpower Professional begrijpen we de markt en hebben we een persoonlijke benadering. Als Senior HR Business Partner werk je nauw samen met onze klant in Diegem om het HR-team te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van algehele ondersteuning aan zowel medewerkers als het management. Functieomschrijving Hier zijn de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Coördineren en implementeren van diverse HR-projecten gericht op retentie, leiderschap, learning & development en medewerkerstevredenheid.
  • Een sleutelrol spelen in de digitale transformatie van het HR-landschap, met bijzondere aandacht voor administratieve processen.
  • Enthousiaste onboarding en inspirerende begeleiding van werknemers gedurende hun gehele employee life cycle.
  • Fungeren als belangrijke schakel in het aanwezigheidsbeleid, waarbij je medewerkers begeleidt en de business ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Afhandelen van complexe personeelsgerelateerde dossiers en bieden van ondersteuning bij conflicten op de werkvloer.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van beleid en procedures in lijn met wettelijke voorschriften.
Profiel
  • Masterdiploma en minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in verschillende HR-rollen, voornamelijk in soft HR en in mindere mate in hard HR.
  • Vertrouwd met diverse HR-tools en informatiemanagementsystemen.
  • Diepgaande kennis van HR-processen binnen de employee life cycle en op de hoogte van sociale en arbeidswetgeving.
  • Maturiteit, hands-on mentaliteit en servicegerichtheid.
  • Sterke punten: nauwkeurigheid, analytisch denken en talent voor planning en organisatie.
  • Uitstekende communicator en teamspeler die graag kennis deelt met collega's.
  • Flexibel en bereid om te reizen naar verschillende business units en werkposten indien nodig.
