Pensaert & Partners is een jonge recruitment agency dat sterk aan het groeien is. Op minder dan 2 jaar tijd slaagden wij erin om uit te groeien tot een gevestigde naam in de sector met een team van 8 gedreven consultants.
Om onze ambitieuze toekomstplannen waar te maken zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om mee te werken aan de verdere uitbouw van onze Finance tak.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?
Na een grondige opleidingsperiode van 2 maanden zal jij de verantwoordelijkheid krijgen over een nichemarkt (Accountancy, Controlling, Finance Management ). Je zal hierbij volgende taken uitvoeren;
Je gaat op zoek naar openstaande vacatures binnen jouw specialisatie en neemt contact op. Jouw doel is om bedrijven te overtuigen van onze dienstverlening en hen te begeleiden bij de zoektocht naar een nieuwe medewerker.
Je luistert naar de nood van de klant en brengt deze in kaart. Vervolgens ga je op zoek naar het geschikte profiel voor de functie.
Je neemt diepte-interviews met kandidaten die op zoek zijn naar de volgende stap in hun loopbaan en stelt de vacatures die jij in portefeuille hebt voor.
Wanneer de kandidaat voldoet aan de eisen van de klant, plan je sollicitatiegesprekken en begeleid je beide partijen op een kwalitatieve manier van A-Z gedurende de hele selectieprocedure.
Na een succesvolle aanwerving volg je op hoe de samenwerking tussen jouw klant en kandidaat verloopt.
verwachten wij van jou?
Je hebt een Master
- of Bachelordiploma op zak of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Een eerste functie in een soortgelijke functie is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
Je bent commercieel, communicatief en gaat steeds 100% voor jouw doelen.
Je bent ambitieus en wilt graag carrière maken binnen een veelbelovende startup.

**Een competitief bruto salaris**: € €3.500 / maand.
Een ongelimiteerd commissiesysteem tot 32% per aanwerving Je verdubbelt (gemakkelijk) jouw basisloon indien je de juiste drive en motivatie hebt.

Maaltijdcheques van €8 per dag en een netto onkostenvergoeding tot €200 op maandbasis.
