Vive le Vélo is een toonaangevend lifestyle merk dat zich toespitst op de fietscultuur en het bevorderen van een gezonde en actieve levensstijl. Onze producten variëren van fietskleding en accessoires tot lifestyle-items die de passie voor fietsen en mode combineren. Bij Vive le Vélo geloven we in het creëren van hoogwaardige producten die stijlvol, functioneel én bovendien duurzaam zijn.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en getalenteerde Brand Manager (M/V/X) met een sterke retail visie om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, positioneren en beheren van het merk Vive le Vélo. Daarnaast ligt je focus op het ontwerpen van nieuwe collecties en het opvolgen van de productie. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en komt met nieuwe voorstellen op gebied van collecties en naar optimalisatie van de huidige processen.
Je werkt nauw samen en rapporteert aan de CEO.
wat kan je?
**Enerzijds**:
- ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategie om het merk Vive le Vélo te positioneren als een vooraanstaand en duurzaam lifestyle merk.
- werken aan de ontwikkeling van retail strategieën en het identificeren van mogelijkheden om het merk Vive le Vélo in verschillende retail kanalen te promoten en te verkopen.
- analyseren van verkoopgegevens en consumentenfeedback om inzicht te krijgen in de markttrends en de merkstrategie, merkpositionering en productlijnen te optimaliseren en aan te passen indien nodig.
**Anderzijds**:
- nieuwe collecties ontwerpen die aansluiten bij de merkidentiteit en de behoeften van onze doelgroepen.
- samenwerken met interne teamleden en externe leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat het ontwerpproces efficiënt verloopt en voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
- opvolgen van de productie, inclusief het beheren van de productieplanning, kwaliteitscontrole en leveringsprocessen.
**je hebt**:
- aantoonbare ervaring (min 2 jaar) als Brand Manager, bij voorkeur in de retail branche.
- een analytisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om marktgegevens te interpreteren en te vertalen naar strategische acties.
- uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden, met de capaciteit om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren en strakke deadlines te halen.
- een sterk gevoel voor design en trends, met de mogelijkheid om de merkidentiteit van Vive le Vélo te vertalen naar aantrekkelijke producten.
- kennis van stoffen en de meest up to date decoratie technieken. Een netwerk in de sector is een plus.
- affiniteit voor duurzame kledij en een actieve levensstijl. Interesse in de fiets is geen must, maar welgekomen.
