Ervaar jij ook een klein gelukje in ieder stukje chocolade? Als Brand Manager van onze merken Jacques, Duc d'O en Van Houten mag je bij ons iedere dag je tanden zetting in deze heerlijke chocolade producten én in het verbeteren van onze (inter)nationale merkpositionering.
Jouw werkzaamheden als Brand Manager:
Je schrijft het strategisch marketingplan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van dit plan in operationele doelen dit gericht naar retail en travel retail;
Je beheert het product portfolio van de merken en neemt het voortouw qua optimalisatie van het assortiment;
Je managed alle projecten met betrekking tot nieuwe producten en verpakkingen. Hierbijwerkt je nauw samen met de collega's van de productieafdelingen en sales;
Je bewaakt het imago van onze merken in (online) media en bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van efficiënte communicatiestrategieën in (online) media;
Je bezoekt regelmatig diverse retailers binnen de Benelux om de marktontwikkeling goed te kunnen blijven volgen;
Je analyseert marktinformatie en consumentenonderzoek m.b.t. distributie, rotatie, consumentenprijzen van onze merken en de concurrerende merken;
Je draagt bij aan een optimale groei en rendement van de merken en aan de winstgevendheid van de organisatie, waarbij voor ieder goed plan en vernieuwende aanpak budget beschikbaar gesteld kan worden;
Je hebt contact met interne en externe stakeholders en werkt mee aan beurzen;
Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Brands.
Profiel
Je hebt een Bachelor opleiding genoten, bij voorkeur in Marketing en/of Communicatie
Je hebt ervaring in FMCG en retail;
Je laat ons versteld staan van jouw ondernemende aanpak, initiatieven, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
Je communiceert vlot en sterk in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Daarnaast is kennis van het Duits een groot pluspunt;
Je analyseert makkelijk Nielsen
- en IRI-data en bent sterk in MS Office, internet en social media;
Je kunt zelfstandig werken en je kunt een meer complexere opdracht tot een goed einde brengen. Tegelijkertijd ben je ook een goede teamspeler;
Je bent proactief, flexibel en hebt een no-nonsense, hands-on-mentaliteit;
Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en bent stressbestendig.

- De logistieke uitvoering van communicatieacties, -producten en -dragers plannen (verspreiding, expositie, distributie,)
- De kwaliteit van de verspreide informatie controleren
- Een aanbod ontwikkelen van publicaties op uiteenlopende communicatiedragers
- Meewerken aan presentaties, lezingen, geleide bezoeken voor klanten, partners,
