Au sein de Thalès Alenia Space Charleroi, le département Ingénierie de Production forme le lien entre le développement des produits et leur fabrication sur nos lignes de production. Sous la direction du Responsable Architecte Industriel, l'équipe est composée d'ingénieurs process, techniciens méthodes et de project managers industriels. Pour renforcer l'équipe dans le cadre de nouveaux projets, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e:
**Chef de projet Industrialisation (H/F/X)**:
Vos missions et responsabilités
- Identifier et préconiser, dès la phase d'offre/devis, les scénarii industriels (Make, Team, Buy, procédés) en tenant compte des différentes contraintes et de leurs risques respectifs
- Être responsable de la mise en place du plan de déploiement industriel global et anticiper les risques via un pilotage des jalons et des livrables
- Piloter de manière fonctionnelle le travail des ingénieurs process et techniciens des méthodes travaillant sur vos projets ainsi que la coordination des activités de production avec les différentes lignes de fabrication et leurs équipes de planification
- Contribuer et promouvoir l'approche « APQP » et « Design For Manufacturing » aux nouvelles technologies, aux décisions de conception et garantir leur implémentation dans les procédés de fabrication
- Définir le niveau d'industrialisation requis selon le type de projet et proposer le juste niveau d'investissement à mettre en place en interne ou chez nos sous-traitants
- S'assurer que les procédés de fabrication répondent aux exigences des clients internes et externes en termes de sécurité, de qualité, de délais et de coûts
- Piloter le niveau de maturité industrielle tout au long du projet
Votre profil
- Diplôme d'ingénieur civil ou industriel
- Vous possédez entre 5 et 10 d'expérience confirmée en gestion de projets transverses en secteur industriel, industrialisation, mise en place de nouveaux procédés
- Sans en être un expert, vous avez une expérience/connaissance large de l'un ou de tous les domaines suivants : management de la production, qualité, supply chain, industrialisation & procédés de fabrication, achats, production lean
