**Functiebeschrijving**
Als IT Infrastructure Coordinator maak je deel uit van het projectteam waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische infrastructuur in de productie
- en acceptatieomgevingen van één of meerdere toepassingen. Je fungeert als bevoorrechte partner (SPOC) voor de (technische) projectleiders, de directie en, in voorkomend geval, de (externe en interne) klanten.
Je beheert de procedures en technische aspecten in verband met de toepassingen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, rond 3 belangrijke assen:
- Je staat in voor het operationeel en toekomstgericht beheer van de technische omgeving van de betrokken toepassingen. Je adviseert de (technische) projectleiders wat betreft de impact van de overwogen wijzigingen aan de technische infrastructuur.
- Je neemt de nodige maatregelen om de SLA's te respecteren en rapporteert aan de directie en de klanten. Je zorgt voor de coördinatie om een incident op te lossen dat een impact heeft op de infrastructuur van een van de betrokken toepassingen. Indien nodig en op eigen initiatief zorg je voor de coördinatie om terugkerende problemen op te lossen.
- Je coördineert de releases die in de loop van het jaar worden gepland met het oog op de uitvoering van de wijzigingen die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van de infrastructuur. Dit behelst de voorbereiding en coördinatie van de releases, alsook de evaluatie na de implementatie.
**Profiel**
Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de Informatica en kan snel een duidelijk beeld krijgen van de infrastructuur en de toepassingen.
Je begrijpt het ITIL-referentiekader en hecht er veel belang aan.
Je bent vertrouwd met infrastructuurarchitectuur en bent bereid je kennis van een of meerdere toepassingen uit te breiden.
Je hebt een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, je bent klant
- en resultaatgericht en je kan zelfstandig werken.
Bovendien ben je proactief en in staat om risico's te evalueren.
In deze functie zijn servicegerichtheid en communicatie cruciaal.
Je beschikt over een analytische geest, je kan beslissingen nemen en bent stressbestendig.
Je beheerst zowel het Frans als het Nederlands. Je begrijpt het technisch Engels.
