Zodra je begint te werken, word je gecoacht door ervaren professionals en kan je een breed gamma opleidingen volgen. Je komt alles te weten over de meest gebruikte recente technologieën en leert welke best practices gangbaar zijn in de beroepswereld.
Als Junior IT Infrastructure Coordinator maak je deel uit van het projectteam waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische infrastructuur in de productie
- en acceptatieomgevingen van één of meerdere toepassingen.
Je fungeert als bevoorrechte partner (SPOC) voor de (technische) projectleiders en de directie.
Je beheert de procedures en technische aspecten in verband met de toepassing waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.
Je staat in voor het operationeel beheer en de derdelijnscoördinatie in functie van de toepassing. Indien nodig plan je op eigen initiatief vergaderingen om recurrente problemen op te lossen.
Je verzekert het toekomstgericht beheer van de technische omgeving van de toepassing en adviseert de (technische) projectleiders wat betreft de impact van de overwogen wijzigingen aan de technische infrastructuur. Je respecteert de SLA's en rapporteert hierover.
**Profiel**
Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de Informatica en kan je snel een duidelijk beeld vormen van de infrastructuur en de toepassingen.
Je begrijpt het ITIL-referentiekader en hecht er veel belang aan. Je kent de infrastructuurarchitectuur en bent bereid je kennis van een of meerdere toepassingen uit te breiden.
Je hebt een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, je bent klant
- en resultaatgericht en je kan zelfstandig een dienstverlening uitwerken. In deze functie is servicegerichtheid cruciaal. Bovendien ben je proactief en in staat om risico's te evalueren.
Je beschikt over een analytische geest, kan beslissingen nemen en bent stressbestendig.
Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans. Je begrijpt technisch Engels.
