Depuis 1982, The Spice Factory (anciennement ISFI) sélectionne, mélange et conditionne sur son site de Braine-l'Alleud des herbes et épices. Elle importe ainsi plus de 350 matières premières choisies avec attention auprès d'une centaine de fournisseurs (ex : paprika, anis et safran en Espagne, poivre vert en Malaisie, cardamone verte au Guatemala ). Elle est active sur le marché à travers trois différents canaux de distribution : la grande distribution, la restauration hors foyer et l'industrie.
The Spice Factory n'a cessé d'évoluer ces dernières années pour devenir le leader belge du secteur. Aujourd'hui, elle réalise la majeure partie de ses ventes en Europe (Belgique, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni, France ), mais exporte également ses produits vers le Japon, Dubaï, la Corée du SudL'entreprise emploie une centaine de collaborateurs passionnés et réalise un chiffre d'affaires de 60 millions d'euros.
**Mission**
Vous intégrez une équipe qualité de 4 personnes, au sein de laquelle votre mission, résolument polyvalente, consiste à:
- Rechercher de nouvelles matières premières pour les mélanges et valider celles-ci.
- Rechercher et valider de nouveaux emballages.
- Valider le poids des nouveaux articles.
- Créer dans l'ERP (Microsoft AX) les nouvelles matières premières, produits semi-finis, produits finis, et remplir les champs qualité.
- Modifier des produits finis et semi-finis (modifications liées à la R&D : réduction de sel, d'ingrédients controversés ).
- Préparer de nouveaux mélanges et s'occuper de la documentation nécessaire aux appels d'offres.
- Présenter la R&D et répondre aux questions relatives à celle-ci (en interne, face à des auditeurs, clients ).
- Réaliser toute autre action autour des nouvelles matières, nouveaux emballages et nouveaux produits finis : définition d'un plan analyse, réalisation du profil de spécifications produits, analyse de risques
- Elaborer des procédures R&D.
- Optimiser la rotation des matières premières et développer une méthodologie de test pour les analyses sensorielles.
- Améliorer la traçabilité des échantillons R&D.
- Donner des formations R&D (testing session).
- En cas de besoin, intervenir en back-up de vos collègues Quality Officers (libération MP, mise à jour spécification, inspection hygiène, audit....)
**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelier ou Master à orientation scientifique.
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience en qualité et/ou R&D en industrie alimentaire.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités sensorielles.
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et maîtrisez l'anglais professionnel.
- La connaissance des référentiels IFS et BRC est un atout.
- Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous échangez facilement en interne, avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les auditeurs.
- Organisé, autonome et rigoureux, vous faites aussi preuve de flexibilité et de prise d'initiatives.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, ERP).
- Vous êtes domicilié à distance raisonnable de Braine-l'Alleud.
