**Description**
- De corporate housekeeping: vennootschapsinformatie opzoeken en opvragen, publicaties voorbereiden, standaardnotulen maken op basis van modellen, formaliteiten verzorgen in de KBO en op de griffie van de ondernemingsrechtbank, legalisaties en apostilles aanvragen;
- De analyse van vennootschapsinformatie;
- De samenstelling van zittingsdossiers, de neerlegging (ter griffie of digitaal) van verzoekschriften, conclusies en stukken;
- De bestelling en ophaling van documenten bij de griffie en administratieve overheden;
- Het juridisch opzoekingswerk in databanken en andere bronnen;
- Het meehelpen in de organisatie en administratie binnen het knowledge team
**Profile**
- Je behaalde een Belgisch (professionele) bachelordiploma Rechtspraktijk of je hebt reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Een eerste werkervaring in een juridische werkomgeving strekt tot aanbeveling.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) van het Engels en het Frans.
- De verschillende MS-Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint) hebben weinig geheimen voor jou en je houdt ervan om nieuwe softwareprogramma's te ontdekken.
- Je kan autonoom werken en je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden typeren je en je werkt klantgericht.
