We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde en gemotiveerde jurist om toe te zien op de juridische aspecten van onze snel evoluerende activiteiten. Je beschermt onze reputatie door ervoor te zorgen dat de onderneming de wettelijke richtlijnen volgt en geeft juridisch advies aan het management over alle relevante onderwerpen.

**Rol**

Als lid van het _Legal & Corporate Affairs-_team rapporteer je aan de _Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager van Eurofiber België. _Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de adviesverlening aan de onderneming omtrent een brede waaier van commerciële, wet
- en regelgevingsaspecten, alsook inzake de meest geavanceerde domeinen van het ICT-recht. Je werkt rechtstreeks met de bedrijfsonderdelen die je ondersteunt, juridisch bijstaat en strategische input verschaft over aspecten van het vennootschapsrecht en commerciële kwesties.

Samengevat heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Contracten opstellen en onderhandelen (nationaal of internationaal), inclusief handelsovereenkomsten, aankoopcontracten en POP-contracten in coördinatie met de betrokken commerciële en operationele teams.
- Professioneel advies verlenen aan de onderneming over diverse aspecten in verband met de activiteiten op het vlak van vennootschapsrecht, verbintenissenrecht, telecomregelgeving, openbare aanbestedingen, privacy
- en administratief recht, enz.
- Risicobeoordeling van commerciële transacties met betrekking tot juridische en financiële risico's;
- Standaardsjablonen voor het bedrijf ontwikkelen, helpen bij het beheer van de bedrijfshuishouding;
- Wanneer nodig, bijstand verlenen bij de aanpak van geschillen, het beheer van geschillendossiers en eventueel ook bepaalde vergunnings
- of compliancedossiers. Samenwerken met het management om efficiënte verdedigingsstrategieën uit te werken.
- Interne governancestrategieën ontwikkelen en bijwerken, en de naleving ervan regelmatig opvolgen. Doeltreffende risicobeheersingstechnieken toepassen en proactief advies verlenen over mogelijke juridische problemen. Opleidingen uitwerken en uitrollen voor de onderneming.
- Met externe partijen (regulatoren, externe juristen, publieke overheden, enz.) communiceren en onderhandelen, en met hen een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Je hebt een master in de rechten behaald.
- Je hebt sinds je afstudeerde 3-5 jaar juridische ervaring opgedaan op het vlak van vennootschapsrecht, handelsrecht, ICT-recht en handelsrecht; een combinatie van ervaring bij een advocatenkantoor en een interne juridische dienst is een pluspunt; Kennis van telecommunicatie en de regelgeving met betrekking tot de activiteiten is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent praktisch, servicegericht en positief ingesteld.
- Je toont initiatief, besluitvaardigheid en creatief denkvermogen, en gaat met plezier een uitdaging aan.
- Je werkt volgens de strengste normen inzake beroepsethiek en professionele integriteit.
- Je geeft blijk van een gezond en praktisch beoordelingsvermogen, zelfs in ambigue omstandigheden; je kunt prioriteiten stellen in een snel evoluerende omgeving.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, je kunt tegelijk diverse en uiteenlopende projecten beheren die van cruciaal belang zijn voor je opdracht, en bent in staat om deadlines op te volgen en te respecteren.
- Je hebt gezond verstand en gevoel voor humor.
