What You'll Do:
Oversee the implementation of Etex's policies, guidelines and procedures in competition law matters, but also take part in other compliance related initiatives. Take a leading role in analyzing the evolution of applicable regulatory requirements to support Etex's activities in all countries where it operates. Ensure that applicable procedures and policies are comprehensive, robust and current. Enhance Etex's compliance culture supporting relevant internal stakeholders in their day-to-day activities and deliver necessary training. Possess strong interest in compliance related topics (and more specifically the fields of economic sanctions, export controls, and anti-bribery) with a view to grow into a full-bodied compliance counsel.What You'll Bring:
A degree in Law and master's degree in Competition law. Several years of experience in a competition law role in a law-firm or in-house. A strong knowledge of all aspects of competition laws with an interest in the latest evolution in the field of sustainability. Experience analyzing, managing, and overseeing implementing competition law compliance programs across a complex organization with a global presence. Experience working internationally and/or working with international business partners to develop and oversee implementation of corporate programs across divisions and globally. An excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. High-analytical thinking with strong attention to detail. Results driven. Business oriented problem solving. Strong customer/client focus and ability to think in a pragmatic and concrete way. High integrity and ethical values.Why Join Us?
