As an Inside Sales Officer, you will:

Contact existing and new B2B clients to guide them towards the added value of our software products and services for their business.

Listen to your clients, enabling you to assess their needs and offer the appropriate solution.

Build a strong relationship with your clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.

Close deals thanks to your sales mentality and ensure the correct administrative follow-up afterward.

Log all customer interactions into the CRM system.

Have an advisory role with your customers as you are a customer expert.

Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends.

  • Strong commercial insight and active listening skills.
  • Ideally sales experience, e.g., as a field sales representative or inside sales B2B...
  • Persuasive and excellent communication skills to succeed in achieving sales targets and results.
  • Easygoing, sociable, and assertive.
  • Eager to learn and cope with change curious.
  • Autonomous and team spirit.
  • Experience with software is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch + knowledge of English.
