Your role:

  • For a given portfolio (with a fleet of 25k), you act as privileged partner and central contact within our company with a view to grow the business along our strategy and financial targets
  • You offer adequate service in a proactive way, connecting with our inhouse specialists where specific expertise is required, and coordinate with the other support functions with a view to secure a seamless experience for your client
  • You are the first point of contact and responsible for handling complaints, working out improvement projects, building a LT relationship
  • You manage, report, and analyze KPIs of the customer and act as stakeholder with our various related business entities
  • Besides that, you draw up action plans, supervise and complete them.
  • You Conduct regular operational review meetings and quarterly strategic review meetings with the Partner.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor or master's degree in an economic, marketing, or commercial direction and at least
    711 years of demonstrable experience in the position of Account/ Relationship Manager in a similar sector
  • You have a customeroriented attitude that values service excellence and have strong thinking and reasoning skills.
- you have an eye for proactive improvement processes and cost optimization

  • You are
    creative, ambitious and have the drive to develop yourself and others in your working environment.
  • You are
    persuasive, assertive, with an innovative attitude.
  • You are perfectly
    bilingual NL/FR, and you can speak English fluently.
  • You can easily adapt to changing circumstances and have a great sense of responsibility
  • You like planning; you are a good organizer, communicator, discrete, able to work independently and accurate in your work.
  • Your passion for cars is a plus
