Your responsibilities?


In short, as a Lease Consultant - New Bus, you are responsible for recruiting clients within the allocated region of Brussels and Hainaut.

About your role

  • You draw up a sales plan for your portfolio/region that you implement, follow up and report to the manager sales and continuously evaluates and adjusts.
  • You analyse your client portfolio, the competition and the market trends. You propose next steps and useful actions where needed.
  • You actively approach prospects by means of visits, events or other means of communication with the aim to acquire new customers.
  • You work together closely with the sales support team and are responsible for the quality of the sales support services
  • You are responsible for the pricing and quality of quotations within your area of responsibility
  • You achieve the set sales targets.
  • You are responsible for the implementation of new customers before transferring them to the other departments.

Who are we looking for ?

  • Persuasive, communicative and fluent in Dutch, English and French.
  • An enthusiastic clientoriented person who can work independently
  • Previous commercial experience (ideally 34 years)
  • A dynamic and proactive person who's not scared of taking initiatives
  • Wellorganised person
