Binnen de regio **Antwerpen - Limburg**, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Sales Director, maak je deel uit van het strategisch management team van de regio.

Als** Regio Segment Manager Residentieel **(M/V) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

- Je vertaalt de strategie in concrete doelstellingen om tot een bedrijfsplan voor de residentiële markt te komen.
- Tijdens de uitvoering van het plan vergelijk je de werkelijke resultaten met de vooraf bepaalde doelstellingen om het zo nodig bij te sturen.
- Je ontwikkelt een prijsbeleid en een goede margecontrole om de winst te verhogen en de verliezen te beperken.
- Door jouw kennis van de residentiële markt speel je een sleutelrol bij het verstrekken van informatie over het gedrag van verschillende soorten klanten, de positionering van concurrerende producten en diensten, verkooptechnieken en marktpositie.
- Je bent je bewust van ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en gebieden die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn.
- Jouw leidinggevende vaardigheden spelen een belangrijke rol voor de ontwikkeling van de werknemers.
- Je wordt betrokken bij diverse HR-processen, zoals werving en selectie, sales coaching, performance en ontwikkeling.
