About the team
FIS-ACBS is a robust enterprise-level software system that offers tightly integrated functionality and workflow for the duration of a commercial loan's lifecycle. Tasks such as relationship management, credit approval, document management, and restructuring are all streamlined with reduced input errors and enhanced data integrity.
ACBS Commercial Lending at FIS is a fast-paced, high-growth area dedicated to delivering maximum value to our commercial banking clients. With a complete front-to-back office solution, the team is uniquely positioned to expedite loan approvals, enhance loan operations, and efficiently manage credit risk for our customers.
What you will be doing:
- You will define system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- You will gather, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements related to processes, policies, and information systems.
- You will convert business needs/user requirements into functional specifications describing the necessary actions for fulfilling end-user/business requirements.
- You will oversee application acceptance, validate, modify, and test configuration work and business workflow requirements.
- You will deliver top-notch solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades, and integration projects.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated BA / Consultation experience
- Understanding of relevant products and services
- Familiarity with end-to-end systems development life cycles, waterfall, agile, iterative, and other modern software development approaches
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition leveraging model-driven design based tools and techniques like conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases
- Exceptional customer service skills fostering high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, be commercially astute, and thrive in both team-oriented and independent environments
- Strong multitasking ability and adeptness in prioritizing work tasks
