Als Advisor Health Care geef je professioneel advies aan collega's, klanten en verzekeraars over onze health care plannen en dit zowel op inhoudelijk en technisch vlak. Als spilfiguur zorg je voor procedures op maat, een correcte implementatie van nieuwe klanten en verdere coördinatie bij bestaande klanten. Als intern aanspreekpunt en klantverantwoordelijke zorg je voor kwalitatief technisch advies binnen jouw domein. Door middel van heldere en volledige instructies naar de verschillende betrokken teams (dossierbeheerders, schadebeheerders,...) schep jij duidelijkheid in de soms complexe plannen. Dit gebeurt bij opstart van nieuwe klanten, maar ook bij hernieuwing of aanpassing van contracten. Door proactief na te denken over de juiste organisatie en opvolging van administratieve aspecten en procedures voor jouw klanten zorg jij voor een vlotte implementatie en opvolging.
