What will you do
Together with the Brand Activation Lead Skinhealth, the Jr.

Brand Activation Manager Neutrogena is responsible for Neutrogena brand and realize the ambitious growth ambitions for the upcoming years across Benelux and in the different channels (Mass - Pharma - Ecomm).

Next to this you will also lead the full copacking process for all Mass brands.

Key Responsibilities
-
Portfolio management
and manage the day-2-day business for part of the portfolio. Neutrogena is present in different categories (face, body, hand, lip, foot), with different subbrands. You will be responsible for the full portfolio management of some subbrands.

Including:
local coordination of pipeline, relaunches, AW changes, track business performance and sell-out analysis,

Lead & execute the customer activation plan for O/O with excellence
- o Instore execution & Perfect store: creation of strong 2nd placement & customer activation activities for Mass & Pharma channel
- o Digital content creation & customer activation, in collaboration with Ecomm squad (briefing key visual & align with brand strategy)
- o Sampling: set up national & customer sampling activities

Lead the creation of strong brand & consumer communication:
o Creation & distribution of digital assets including development of creatives to raise brand awareness.

o Collaborate with Media team to track results and get learnings to improve next campaigns.

Connect and cooperate closely with lead stakeholders across the cluster to access best in-class best practices and solutions.

Lead the copacking process for all Mass brands:ideation, briefing and follow up till first production of new copacking projects. Work closely with IC team and Brand Activation Managers for different copacking projects.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree with focus on digital, economics, communication, media, or marketing
  • 12 years of work experience, preferably as brand/product manager. A first experience with customer activation and retail strategy (mass retail/drug/ecomm) is a plus.


 Fluency in English
  • Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced writing, editing and communication skills
