What will you do


We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Rx/Otx) eager to contribute to our vision and bring established Rx marketing expertise to our team.

The Marketing Manager's (Rx/Otx) role is to deliver our OtX Business targets & grow the OtX market share of our portfolio

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Shape and develops a market leading marketing agenda towards our HCP's (GP's, Tabacologists, Specialists in order to grow our market share in Otx
  • Draft and execute a marketing and communication strategy for our Selfcare portfolio towards HCP's in Benelux.
  • Acquire expertise into Selfcare Therapeutic Area scientific knowledge, market dynamics, competitive knowledge, and customer segmentation
  • Translate customer insights into a brand strategy for different customer segments
  • Develop a KOL network in Belgium
  • Deliver marketing tactics in line with customer channel preferences and measure impact
  • Closely collaborate with CE/EMEA (international) Marketing Functional Network
  • Initiate patient/customer centered solutions together with Customer Activation Team
  • Develop and manage the annual Marketing plans and budget
  • Understand the Rx/Otx market dynamics as well as patient and prescriber attitudes
  • Development of all promotional materials related to the Rx/Otx strategy in close cooperation with Marketing, Medical and Regulatory
  • Development of Rx/Otx promotional multichannel campaigns (in collaboration with Marketing) specific for the profession
  • Review and evaluate market research/trends and competitor information and test market activities and create reports utilizing the data
  • Support and comply with the organizations' duty of care obligations, in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality and medical information
  • Develop and drive a strong program leveraging KOL as influencers
  • Be the key contact to our external GP team, coordinate and close follow up of the daytoday activities of the GP team & support employees to ensure brilliant end to end execution of our plans in compliance with business plan objectives and company policies.
  • Inspire and train the sales force on our products and on supporting related messages
  • Manage external 3rd party suppliers for detailing and distribution of samples towards doctors
  • Perform duo visits to the doctors with representatives to capture insights and to feel the effect of the strategies and the marketing materials
  • Organize and animate cycle meetings and feedback meetings to ensure the campaign rollout and the sales performance monitoring
  • Drive Capabilities of the medical representatives through Medico-Marketing trainings and roleplay session
Qualifications

Your Core Competencies & Experiences:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Min 510 years' experience in product management or marketing in Innovative Rx Pharma with a strong track record of results
  • Experience in Rx/Otx is a plus
  • Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omnichannel is a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch, French & English.
  • Strategic & conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
