Sr. Financial Analyst Janssen Benelux
Janssen Benelux is the commercial Operating Company of Janssen EMEA responsible for the access, marketing and sales of the Janssen product portfolio in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The operating company has an annual revenue of > EUR 750MM and +300 employees, and is the largest Management Reporting Company of the Mid-Sized Markets (MSM) management entity within Janssen EMEA.
The Janssen Benelux Business Unit Finance (BUF) team provides strategic finance support to the Janssen Benelux commercial organization, ensuring value creation is at the heart of decision makingThe position reports into the Finance Manager Onco-Hemato for NL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality business partner support to various Management board members and their teams, including the Benelux Business and Medical Centers of Excellence teams, as well as the Belgian Medical Affairs, Government Affairs and Market Access teams
- Drive business plan development of the departmental resourcing and OOP budgets and drive prioritization discussions
- Lead the budget management of the company and functional budgets, providing insights and foresights on OPEX and proactively propose budget management actions and scenario's
- Lead investment OPEX analysis/decisions for optimal use of resources and coordinate the overall IIS portfolio budget with the MAF business owner
- Lead overarching BUF controlling processes
- Coordinate the Strategic Workforce Planning annual exercise
- Lead the overall OPEX story, ensure consistency in analytics, track growth plan requests etc.
- Lead key finance processes in partnership with the business process owners
- Partner with GS, BSCOE and CTC on closing and reporting activities, especially on OPEX
- Lead the headcount reporting and BVA cycles in close collaboration with the business process owner and ensure actions to increase accuracy and improve efficiency
- BUF point person for intercompany cross charges, Ariba P2P and masterdata, ensuring accurate approval flows and collaboration with the business owner
- BUF compliance processes
- Lead the BUF owned controls on BVA and procurement levels
- Coordinate the placement of and adherence to key controls that are within responsibility of business owners linked to OPEX and procurement and liaise with the regional compliance team on best practices and optimizations
- Process optimization and projects
- Lead efforts to optimize our controlling processes to increase efficiency or improve analytics
- Ad hoc Finance Business Support to Specialty Care business unit
- Providing high quality business partnering support to the Specialty Care leads & teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Finance/Economics or MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Thorough experience and understanding of the J&J finance processes
- At least 3 years of proven Finance experience
- Extensive experience in financial business partnering with focus on value creation
Location:
Beerse, Belgium or Breda, Netherlands (regular attendance in either location is required) - required travel is 5% max
