The Sr Manager, FTM Sustainability & Innovation Programs will be responsible to identify, develop and implement initiatives in areas such as Sustainability and Innovation in support of the Fleet, Travel & Meetings programs, and will work closely together with the Global Director Fleet and the Global Director Travel & Meetings to ensure delivery against targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance.
The scope of responsibilities for this role includes:
- Identify, develop and implement initiatives in areas such as Sustainability and Innovation in support of the Fleet, Travel & Meetings program.
- Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to assure J&J and supplier objectives are aligned and met, including quality, reliability, innovation and cost.
- Engage with business partners to ensure alignment by understanding their long range requirements
- Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments
- Engage externally to ensure full awareness of new trends and to fully understand supplier capabilities to provide innovation and sustainable solutions. Benchmark with peers in different companies
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA/Advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required
- Multicountry and multisector experience preferred with experience across geographies of varied sizes and businesses.
- Strong leadership, visionsetting, communication, influencing, collaboration skills are required
- Able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives.
- Strong project and organizational change capabilities. Prior success as a change architect and implementing significant change
- Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to present sophisticated information. Strong executive presence.
- High level of credibility with internal customers, and with the supplier community
- Proven examples of delivering step function performance and ability to develop visions, strategies, etc. while managing reasonable risk
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment, while ensuring the organization can effectively and efficiently move through transitions
- May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel
