ALGEMEEN
- Opvolgen en bijsturen van de daily planning van alle hieronder vermelde operaties en communicatie met alle betrokken partijen zoals teamleaders, agenten, OCC,...
- Aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten zoals airlines, douaneagenten,...
- Opvolgen / bijsturen van de operaties met als doel behalen van SLA's
- Prioriteiten stellen
- Duidelijke shiftoverdracht (mondeling en via handover)
- Kwaliteitsprocedures uitwerken en aanpassen en de correcte toepassing controleren
- De personeelsleden bewustmaken van en opleiding geven over de benadering van kwaliteit
- Het plan, de fases en de acties van kwaliteitsopvolging ontwikkelen en uitvoeren
OFFICE
- Verdeling / coördineren / bijspringen bij taken in de office
- Opvolging mailbox en acties
- Oplossen van geëscaleerde problemen
WAREHOUSE
- Doorgeven instructies aan warehouse export
- Opvolging warehouse export, status opbouw vluchten en trucks, bound checks,...
- Opvolging warehouse import, status puntering loose en intact ULD's, boundchecks,...
- Opvolging lokale
- en transitacceptatie
RAMP
- Opvolgen afhandeling vluchten (tijdig klaarzetten, lossen en laden, binnentrekken palletten)
- Opvolgen, bijsturen van tijdig klaarzetten en binnentrekken van de palletten op cargovluchten
ETV / ULD
- Opvolgen / bijsturen van het ETV gebeuren met als doel tijdig los-en laadtijden
- Opvolgen / bijsturen van ULD gebeuren, requests van klanten
TRANSPORT
- Opvolging van transporten naar passagiersvluchten
OCC
- Communicatie en updaten van vluchtinfo
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt ervaring met cargo-handling
- Je bent sterk in organiseren, coördineren en problem solving
- Je kan zelfstandig werken
- Je bent flexibel in werkrooster, springt bij waar nodig in zowel het takenpakket als uurrooster
- Je bent stressbestendig
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
