In view of the upcoming opening of the Hotel and the first restaurant Babette in Belgium, we are recruiting a Commercial Manager.

We are looking for a personality who is passionate, a leader at heart and who is committed to promoting our establishment and to provide to our Guests an unforgettable experience in line with our Brighthearted Hospitality.

Lead the development and execution of strategic Sales Plans and initiatives that maximize profitability for the hotel in order to achieve budget, revenue and market share targets. Represents the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships specially to boost the ramp up period during and post opening.

As Commercial Manager, you lead as well the Sales Team in view to be actively involved and being successful. You receive the support in Revenue and Marketing from the dedicated Teams outside the hotel.

**Essential and supportive functions**:
Lead by defining short, medium and long-term strategies in order to optimize all sources of revenue and that all systems are used to their maximum potential for the best yield management of the highest revenue possible from all available spaces whether from rooms, meeting rooms and all other sources of revenue.
- Hunt: you are in the field, winning new customers;
- Perform by exceeding set objectives and skillfully negotiating local contracts;
- Analyze & anticipate your results to take the necessary corrective measures;
- Ensure the competition and the evolution of your products in relation to the market.
- Inspire, lead, coach, develop your team members as well as be actively involved in recruiting and retaining talent.

Active member of the management team of the Hotel:

- You participate in the Duty according to the schedule in force;
- You are present on the field with our Guests to contribute to the customer experience.

In view of the success of your missions, you benefit from the support of the Group Sales Department as well as the Group Marketing Department which manages web communication and social networks.

**Company**:
The Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport** and Babette Bruxelles will open their doors at the end of 2023. The hotel is strategically located only 8' from the airport. Offers 250 upscale quiet rooms, 1 lobby, 2 meeting rooms and 1 fitness room. We are proud to open the first Babette concept store restaurant in Belgium with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Located 22' to the vibrant centre of Brussels capital of Europe and convenient access to the important highway and train station.

Joining our establishment also means being part of the NAOS HOTEL GROUPEadventure.

A French hotel group, our mission is to design, finance, build and operate hotel programs that contribute to improving the quality of life and adapt to the changing needs of our customers. Already 13 establishments operated in France and several openings scheduled for the upcoming years.

By 2026, Naos Hotel Groupe will have more than 25 establishments in France, under HILTON and MARRIOTT franchises.

**Work Experience**
Coming from a hotel or business school training, you have significant and successful experience in a similar position in the hotel industry ( minimum 3 years).

A true leader, you federate your teams.

Diplomat, you are a fine negotiator and offensive.

You are recognized for your availability, your sense of hospitality and service.

You have an excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills.

You are fluent in Dutch, English and have a solid base in French.

You put Guest's satisfaction at the heart of your values. It would be advantageous in this position if you demonstrate the following capabilities: have hotel opening experience, experience in an airport hotel and/or experience in a hotel from a large international chain.
