MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
In the Division Vascular, the Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of the Sales and Marketing functions. This is achieved by providing data analysis on the various topics. This manager drives continuous improvement in commercial strategies and processes.
In daily life this means tracking sales performance, day to day marketing activities, implementing and evaluating marketing initiatives and exploring market trends and opportunities within OneForce, PowerBI and other tools.
This role will help us ensure we dedicate our time to the right customers.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Marketing excellence:
Target and drive through data analytics marketing tactics, product launches, M&A integrations in the franchise across the region; Support & monitor the execution of marketing activities using specific tools (Power BI, OneForce)Stakeholder management:
Be the first point of contact for Commercial Excellence request from EHQ (Account targeting, Data Integrations, KPI tracking)Process owner of PBI (PowerBI) & SF (SalesForce):
Work together with local team to ensure information is up-to-date in OneForce and PBI. Be the first point of contact for requests from the sales teams in PBI & OneForceRegional sales & management support:
First point of contact for Sales & Management on data and analysis needs for business performance reviews, pricing, tender analysis, sales forecasts,Market analysis:
Track & analyse market trends and developments by use of different available datasets by product and cutsomersHardware ownership
First point of contact for ROI analysis on HW (Hardware) investments Ensure a correct forecast and planning of those investments Maintain Local HW Database incl. Maintenance Invoicing Follow up Lead Demand Planning ReviewsFinance Business Partnering Support
Support Accounting Management Team on Closing & Sales Reporting () Support Forecast Cycle with solid analysis on Market Trends () & Pricing Strategies () Support Board Members on Local, Regional & Global Business ReviewsAct as a key player in margin improvement
