**Newrest Belgium recherche activement son futur Unit Manager pour accompagner ces équipes Bruxelloise**

**MISSIONS**:

- Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels entre Newrest et ses clients
- Assurer la pérennité des équilibres et ratios économiques avec un focus sur le coût alimentaire et salarial selon les standards du Groupe
- Etre garant de la mise en place des procédures et normes HACCP, tant sur les aliments que sur la sécurité en piste
- Assurer la meilleure gestion opérationnelle de l'Unité Aérienne et superviser l'approvisionnement, la production, la logistique et la livraison en piste
- Superviser les recrutements des profils opérationnels dans le respect du budget préparé par la Direction Générale
- Manager, former et accompagner son équipe afin de développer les compétences internes et détecter les talents
- Assurer un bon climat social, faire respecter et mettre en œuvre les accords
- Développer et renforcer, en accord avec le Directeur Général, la relation commerciale avec les clients actuels et nouveaux afin de développer l'activité de Newrest

**LE PROFIL**:

- ** Un profil opérationnel avec 5 ans d'expérience minimum, dans le secteur de la restauration aérienne de préférence**:

- Compétences avérées en : Management, Finance, QHSE et RH
- Une fibre commerciale
- Charisme et leadership à la tête d'équipes locales
- Personnalité entrepreneuriale
- ** Parler couramment le Français, l'anglais est également nécessaire**:

- Excellentes compétences informatiques (Pack Office)
