Customer Service Manager (M/F/d)
What expects you
- You will be responsible for the Customer Service as a competent contact person for employees and clients alike and will manage the Customer Service Agents.
- You understand the transport requests of our customers and offer them tailormade solutions
- You coordinate the tasks of the daytoday business and look for solutions to bottlenecks
- You develop new solutions for daytoday business and optimise existing processes
- You are the guarantor of Sovereign Speed's service promise
- You ensure the satisfaction of the clients and develop new instruments to increase customer satisfaction.
What makes you excellent
- In the best case you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, as a forwarding agent or office administrator
- You have several years of experience in the field of courier, forwarding or logistics in general.
- Ideally, you already have experience in managing and supervising employees.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English
- You are comfortable working with MS Office programmes
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- You are able to maintain your structured and reliable way of working even under heavy workloads and time pressure.
- We would be pleased if you also have experience in the customs area.
