Als Managing Director België en Luxemburg stuur je een ambitieus management team aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het algehele succes van het bedrijf. Je bent de leider die in staat is het bedrijf te sturen in verandering naar meer efficiënte, structuur en groei.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de strategie van het bedrijf om de doelstellingen te bereiken. Hierbij ligt de focus op commerciële groei, structuur en efficiëntie.
- Het geven van strategisch advies aan de Board.
- Het ontwikkelen van business strategieën en nieuwe ideeën om de business te laten groeien.
- Het stimuleren van een leiderschapscultuur met de focus op professionalisme, verantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap.

Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol in een middelgroot/groot of complex bedrijf (B2B omgeving). Indien je ervaring hebt in een industriële omgeving is dit zeker een pluspunt. Je hebt ervaring met change management en turn-around. Je kent de Belgische markt. Je hebt tevens een sterke commerciële mind-set. Je hebt een duidelijke visie, je bent transparant, direct en resultaatgericht. Je bent doortastend. We zoeken een accelerator, iemand die energie krijgt van het vormgeven van een bedrijf en het sturen van verandering.
