The Opportunity The Nutanix Systems Engineering (SE) Academy is a 12-month program starting in July 2024, for upcoming or recent graduates with a passion for technology and desire to build the foundation for a career in enterprise technical sales. Do you enjoy understanding how things work? Are you the go-to person to explain how devices work? Keeping up with the latest advances in Cloud Technology like following your favorite sports club? If you believe in simplifying technology's future in business, we might be the perfect fit. Join an international group of graduates for a 12-month structured training program to become an SME in Nutanix products and earn industry recognized certifications. Experienced Systems Engineers will mentor you to enhance your skills, knowledge, and confidence for providing customers with exceptional experiences and successful business outcomes aligned with their objectives. The Team Our Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization comprises 800+ customer-focused technical sales professionals worldwide. They identify and align technology opportunities with customers' business needs, provide channel partner training, act as consultants, and are seen as experts by Nutanix sales, customer success, business partners, and customers. The Academy You'll be part of the regional team from day one, with regular trips to Barcelona for in-person training, which includes:
  • Structured training programs and accreditation for career development.
  • Dedicated mentoring and networking for SE Academy Trainees, access to Senior Leadership.
  • Networking with peers in different regions.
During the 12-month program, you'll experience:
  • Nutanix products and certifications exposure.
  • Sales fundamentals & customer relationship building.
  • Apprenticeship opportunities with top Systems Engineers across EMEA.
  • Regular reviews to track your progress and identify areas needing support. What You'll Bring
