**De job in een notendop**

Als (Senior) Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van de "change" in één of meerdere domeinen. Je bent een sleutelfiguur in de continue verbetering van de customer experience. In nauwe samenwerking met verschillende belanghebbenden ben jij de motor van verandering bij het implementeren van nieuwe initiatieven om de overgang binnen Belfius Connect te waarborgen. Je werkt ook samen met de IT-teams om toekomstige technologieplatforms te definiëren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

- **Change Management**:

- Beheer de levenscyclus van grensoverschrijdende en innovatieve projecten met een significante impact op onze activiteiten en klanten.
- Zorg voor functionele coördinatie en goede samenwerking met stakeholders.
- Houd het overzicht over prestaties, prioriteiten en kwaliteit.
- Communiceer duidelijk en op tijd met alle stakeholders.
- Analyseer en optimaliseer klantinteracties op afstand.
- Geef advies aan management en directie.
- **Verantwoordelijk voor de scope en behoeften van IT-projecten**:

- **Strategie en innovatie (ter ondersteuning van het management)**:

- Bijdragen met stakeholders aan de Belfius Connect-roadmap.
- Innovatie versnellen binnen de betreffende domeinen, terwijl basiskennis van tools wordt beheerst.
- Deelnemen aan ideevorming en promotie van strategische projecten.
- De ontwikkelingen op de markt volgen in de betreffende domeinen.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

- Je hebt een masterdiploma of evenwaardig door ervaring.
- Creatief en enthousiast, je hebt ervaring in het beheer van projecten die over verschillende afdelingen en/of veranderingen gaan.
- Van nature proactief, je hebt goede communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
- Je hebt het gevoel voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je hebt een uitstekend vermogen om inhoud en duidelijke en nauwkeurige behoeften te schrijven.
- Gepassioneerd door klanten en afstandskanalen, wil je ze in de praktijk brengen.
- Goede kennis van Frans - Nederlands - Engels.
- Je synthetische geest stelt u in staat prioriteiten te bepalen.
