De Financial Controller is verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding, maandafsluiting, jaarafsluiting, BTW- en Intrastat-rapportering voor onze twee Belgische entiteiten en biedt de Head of Finance en Business Unit Manager regelmatig financiële en analytische ondersteuning. In deze functie rapporteer je aan onze Finance Director.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?- Je controleert facturen in de workflow op prijsstelling, belastingen, grootboekrekeningen en kostenplaatsen;- Je bereid alle boekingen voor (inclusief salarisboekingen) voor de grootboekrekening in SAP;- Je monitort alle balansrekeningen;- Je rapporteert maandelijks de BTW, Intrastat en andere andere Belgische formulieren;- Je doet de voorbereiding en voert de maandafsluiting uit;- Je beheert de processen voor de jaarafsluiting, inclusief het afronden van de lokale jaarrapportage;- Je geeft ondersteuning aan de Business Controller met name de rapportage, forecasting & budgettering;- Je beoordeelt zelfstandig de financiële prestaties en analyseert afwijkingen ten opzichte van vorig jaar en het budget.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
We verwachten van jou dat je een masterdiploma in Finance hebt of een Bachelorsdiploma met relevante werkervaring. We vragen ook dat je minstens 2 jaar werkervaring hebt, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving. Je bent betrouwbaar, eerlijk, hardwerkend, verantwoordelijk en een probleemoplosser met goede analytische en Excel-vaardigheden. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt. Je spreekt Nederlands en kan ook je plan trekken in het Engels. Je bent flexibel en in staat om met strakke deadlines te werken.
