Customer Support Specialist

As Customer Support Specialist you form the bridge between the market and the Supply Chain team who oversee order processing and follow-up.
All inquiries and issues that arise and require thorough investigation, cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders, and close contact with the customer, are challenges for you to handle.
Responsibilities:
- Create customer intimacy and build out our network of reliable partners.
- Follow up sales orders and other sales related topics in coordination with appropriate Biobest departments.
- Close follow up of problem situations such as shortages or delays. Analyse the problem, find solutions, and present alternatives while keeping your customers informed.
- Respond to product and technical questions. When too technical for you to answer, the Product Managers and Technical Field Advisors are there to help.
- Monitor changes in product assortment and prices, discounts, volume rebates, and commercial actions.
- Follow up product allocation in times of supply issues: define priorities, forecasting, alternatives and second shipments.
- Follow up complaints and credit notes.
