**Jouw nieuwe job als Customer Service Specialist**:
- Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van orders en het behouden van een correcte status binnen het WMS.
- Je bent zeer strikt in het kader van de dienstverlening aan klanten, de leveringstermijnen, interne procedures en douanevoorschriften.
- Je het uitgebreide ervaring in het behandelen van klachten
- Je werkt zeer accuraat en het behouden van de kwaliteit in samenwerking met je operationele collega's is één van je focuspunten
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle inkomende voormeldingen en uitgaande orders op zodanige wijze worden ontvangen dat ze via het WMS kunnen worden verwerkt.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat eventuele afwijkingen (kwaliteit / kwantiteit) correct en tijdig worden gemeld aan de klant en/of interne klantendiensten.
- Je houdt de vereiste data gegevens bij en stelt deze ter beschikking voor de gedetailleerde dagelijkse communicatie naar interne en externe partners en klanten.
- Maandelijkse consolidatie en rapportering van alle voorraadlijsten volgens hun specifieke vereisten, van goederen in en uit het douane-entrepot.
- Je staat mee in voor het aanmaken van de juiste documenten (facturen & AWB) mbt uitvoer en lost problemen op in verband met certificaten van oorsprong (voor EG-goederen) in overleg met de douaneambtenaren en de Kamer van Koophandel.
- Je zorgt voor archiefbestanden; import
- en exportdossiers, inclusief paklijsten, vrachtbrieven, facturen, douane gerelateerde documenten,...
- Je bent zeer sterk in de communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders maar ook met name "on the floor" met je operationele collega's.
- Openstaan voor verandering is van belang in onze steeds veranderende omgeving
- Je doet ook de overdracht van goederen aan het loket voor spoedopdrachten
- Je hebt interesse in de operationele kant van het proces en zaken mee verwerken en/of onderzoeken op de werkvloer schrikken je niet af

- Als we je in het kort samenvatten ben je ijzersterk in je communicatie (ook in het Engels), sta je stevig in je schoenen en ben je stressbestendig. Je houdt het hoofd koel terwijl je energiek de vragen van je klanten beantwoordt.
- Secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Een aantal jaar ervaring in een logistieke omgeving
- PC skills: Excel, Word, Access
