Your role
As an Internal Communications specialist, you will join the Marketing& Communication department, which consists of 10 co-workers.


You'll be responsible for defining the internal communications strategy in the context of ALD Automotive's integration with LeasePlan and coordinating the implementation of the plan with all stakeholders (internal teams, external service providers, support functions, etc.) to effectively support ALD Automotive's strategic ambitions.

There will be 3 main pillars in your assignment:

Corporate internal messaging

Internal Digital Communications

  • Coordinate and manage the corporate intranet to be a reliable, central source of information.
  • Develop, produce and manage content based on a dedicated editorial plan with support from a quarterly editorial committee.
  • Create and manage a digital newsletter.
  • Monitor performance and efficiency with an analytic dashboard.
  • Liaise with internal support and external suppliers to enrich and further develop technical capabilities.
  • Monitor and contribute to internal social networking activity (Yammer).
  • Supervise the communications document library.
  • Manage and update Corporate Organizational Charts.
  • Create and manage additional internal digital communication tools.
  • Supervise and monitor the internal communications budget.
Project and Change communications.

  • Advise and provide internal communications support for strategic corporate initiatives and projects (communication plans, editorial content, communication collateral, events).

Your profile & skills

  • Proven record in developing and implementing transversal communication strategies (using different channels, targeting different audiences) in a context of change.
  • Strong relationship and adaptation skills: a team player with ability to work with all levels of staff in all business / support functions.
  • Servicedriven, dynamic and openminded: a doer with ability to steer business / support functions towards a common goal.
  • Master tools for internal communications such as SharePoint, Teams, Forms and others.
  • Agile, curious and forwardthinking.
  • Handson approach yet with good sense of strategic use of communication.
  • Ability to work on a project basis.
  • Must be able to adapt written communication to various media.
