**Your internship**

Le stagiaire en communications internes sera chargé d'aider l'équipe des communications internes au sein de l'unité commerciale grand public. Il participera à l'analyse des activités de communication en cours, à la création d'une nouvelle stratégie de communication ainsi qu'à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de diverses activités de communication interne, assurant ainsi la cohérence avec les objectifs d'affaires et les besoins de l'équipe.

Responsabilités:

- Collaborer avec l'équipe en charge de la communication interne pour identifier les besoins des différents départements
- Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de communication interne
- Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à la communication interne selon les besoins de l'équipe

**Your profile**
- Vous voulez faire partie d'une équipe enthousiaste, vous êtes passionné par la communication et vous comprenez l'importance d'une communication forte et percutante.
- Vous connaissez notre entreprise.
- Vous avez le sens de l'humour, vous êtes flexible et vous êtes un joueur d'équipe.
- Vous êtes un communicateur né et avez une solide connaissance de tous les outils, canaux et méthodes de communication pertinents.
- Vous avez une compréhension de la nature et des exigences spécifiques de la communication d'entreprise, tant interne qu'externe.
- Vous êtes sociable, diplomate. La collaboration vous stimule.
- Vous êtes familier avec l'analyse et la synthèse.
- Vous êtes proactif et l'innovation n'est pas un concept vide pour vous.
- Vous êtes de préférence trilingue (NL-FR-ENG).
- Vous savez utiliser les outils numériques.
