**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team van Employer Branding & Corporate Communication staat in voor alle interne en externe corporate communicatie bij AG: als verzekeraar, als maatschappelijk geëngageerde onderneming en als werkgever. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we nu een ervaren **Internal Communication Strategist.**
- Als Internal Communication Strategist sta je mee in voor de interne corporate communicatie bij AG. Nieuwsberichten schrijven, denk je? Klopt helemaal. Voor ongeveer 5% van je tijd. Want we zien het grootser. We streven bij AG naar een verbindende corporate communicatie, die medewerkers niet alleen informeert en inspireert, maar ook enthousiasmeert.
- Daarom bouw je in deze functie mee aan onze **strategie voor interne communicatie**. Je vertaalt onze corporate, HR-, én businessverhalen in een uitgebalanceerd contentplan, met aandacht voor verschillende interne doelgroepen, hun noden en verwachtingen. Je denkt niet in 'berichten', maar wel in 'verhalen' en 'campagnes'.
- Je werkt **strategische topics** uit op maat van elke interne doelgroep. Via welk kanaal en in welk format, dat hangt af van het onderwerp, de doelgroep, het belang van het onderwerp en het doel van jouw communicatie. Met een intern sociaal netwerk, digitale schermen en een AG Campus die zich leent voor zowat elk evenement, heb je alvast heel wat mogelijkheden. Je denkt dan ook in tekst, beeld, video, podcast, fysieke en digitale evenementen.
- Je biedt **ondersteuning aan het midden en hoger management** voor hun strategische communicatie. Je organiseert onder meer de kwartaalmeetings voor de top-400 van ons bedrijf en staat in voor zowel de inhoudelijke als de logistieke coördinatie. Je geeft ook communicatieadvies aan het management, en bereidt boodschappen en ondersteunend materiaal voor.
- Je beheert corporate **communicatieprojecten van A tot Z** en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met interne en externe partners. Conceptbepaling, planning, copywriting, videoscripting, evaluatie achterafzijn voor jou_ business as usual. _Anderzijds ondersteun je andere afdelingen in hun decentrale communicatie-initiatieven.
- In crisissituaties maak jij deel uit van het **crisiscommunicatieteam** van AG. Ook dan zorg je ervoor dat verschillende doelgroepen snel, duidelijk en relevant geïnformeerd worden.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Communicatie, dat is jouw ding. Je kijkt ernaar **vanuit strategisch oogpunt**, maar kan die strategie ook tactisch uitwerken. Je denkt in woorden, beelden en ervaringen.
- **Tonen wij je bomen, dan zie jij het bos.** Je houdt ervan om je te verdiepen in complexe materie. Je bent kritisch, ziet snel een duidelijke verhaallijn en onderscheidt vlot de hoofd
- van de bijzaak.
- **Creatief** ben je absoluut. Je bent ook helemaal thuis in nieuwe media, zowel op conceptueel als op productioneel vlak.
- Je bent **gestructureerd, **resultaatgericht, **en je gaat voor **commmunicatie met impact**.
- **Oog voor detail**, dat heb je ook. Daarom heb je die ene typo hierboven al lang opgemerkt.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler. Ook al heb je duidelijke taken en verantwoordelijkheden, je houdt ervan om te sparren met collega's, ideeën uit te wisselen en elkaar te ondersteunen vanuit jullie specifieke competenties.
- Je hebt **ervaring met projectwerk**, werkplanning en **stakeholdermanagement**. Je weet hoe je een planning opmaakt waarin je zowel je eigen werk als dat van anderen opneemt. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, doet zaken vooruitgaan en deelt successen en ervaringen.
- Jouw **Nederlands** is top en in het **Frans** praat je aardig mee. Je spreekt en schrijft ook vlot in het **Engels**; handig bij internationale contacten.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
