En immersion totale dans les processus de recrutement de nos clients, vous vivrez un stage riche et diversifié au cœur de Bruxelles.
**Vos principales missions**:
Définir des stratégies de sourcing en collaboration avec les consultants.
Participer aux entretiens de sélection avec l'équipe.
Contribuer aux actions de communication (rédaction d'offres d'emploi, création de vidéos pour les réseaux sociaux...).
**Le profil recherché**:
Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou en 2ème cycle universitaire.
Stage de 6 mois, débutant en juin ou juillet 2024.
Attrait pour les Ressources Humaines et/ou première expérience en recrutement.
Goût du contact humain, dynamisme et positivité.
Grande curiosité, fibre entrepreneuriale et esprit de challenge.
Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais et du français.
La connaissance du néérlandais est un atout.
Ce stage peut déboucher sur un CDI pour les étudiants en fin de cursus.
