Our partner, a key player in the industry, is seeking a talented HR Officer to join their Belgian branch, part of a leading European group focused on innovation, technology, and digital transformation.
As the HR Officer, you will play a vital role, directly reporting to the French HR team, and becoming the go-to expert for all HR-related matters across the Belgian office.
In this 360° HR position, you will be the cornerstone for HR support and guidance, serving both managers and employees across various Business Units. You will manage the full spectrum of HR processes, from hard HR tasks to soft HR projects, all aligned with the group's overarching strategy.
- Payroll & Com&Ben: Oversee payroll and manage extra-legal benefits for around 50 employees in collaboration with the social secretariat.
- People Management: Handle all aspects of personnel management, from administrative duties to internal communications.
- Soft HR: Advise managers on HR topics, implement training plans, performance management, and more.
- Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- A degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a European environment.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and either French or Dutch.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and social legislation, with expertise in administrative HR and compensation & benefits.
- You are flexible, discreet, detail-oriented, and conscientious, making you the perfect HR contact person.
