**Description**
Administrative tasks:
- Manage daily administrative aspects related to human resources.
- Ensure meticulous follow-up of employee documentation.
- Maintain and update confidential personnel files.
Payroll management:
- Actively contribute to the preparation and verification of payroll items.
- Work closely with the payroll team to resolve payroll issues and problems quickly.
Onboarding:
- Proactively facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Efficiently coordinate all onboarding activities, including the preparation of documentation and the organization of induction sessions.
Operational tasks:
Ensure the consistency of day-to-day human resources operations.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's operational processes.
Human Resources:
- Efficiently manage personnel administration, including updating files and databases.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of absences and leave, in close collaboration with team managers.
Respond promptly to HR queries that arrive in the mailbox, providing accurate information and directing requests to the appropriate parties.
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree (HR, Office Management, Accounting...).
- A first experience as an HR assistant is a big plus.
- You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch.
- You are organized, precise and discreet.
- You have good administrative skills.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel, and can easily integrate new information.
