KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Recruitment support
- Spearhead the recruitment process by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial screenings with the finesse of a talent scout.

Onboarding and orientation
- Be the architect of seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions that transform newcomers into confident team members regarding company policies and procedures.
- Ensure completion of required paperwork and documentation.

Employees records management
- Prepare employment contracts and addendums.
- Keep our employee records in harmony, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Produce reports with the precision of a data virtuoso.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Generate reports as needed for the HR Senior Manager and the Management.

Benefits administration
- Navigate the benefits universe, supporting enrollment processes and answering employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure our benefits program is top-notch.

Training and development
- Coordinate training sessions/workshops that empower our team to excel.
- Track progress and contribute to the creation of training materials.

Employees relation
- Be the go-to person for employee inquiries, fostering a positive workplace.
- Tackle issues with finesse, promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws.
- Master in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-literate.
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any other EU language will be considered as an asset.
- A previous professional experience or internship will be considered as an asset.
- Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal prowess.
- Knowledge of SDworx tools will be considered as an asset.
