As Regional Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing, technical and scientific support of the regional marketing and sales teams regarding our vaccine platforms.

Kemin Biologics
Kemin Biologics works in close collaboration with veterinarians and customers to understand local needs. Together, we can create and innovate, delivering customized vaccine solutions to support your animal health business.

Responsibilities:


The Regional TSM will report to the Global Marketing Director at Kemin Biologics and will work in close collaboration with team members in the different areas and business units.

The Global team aims to strategically drive and support Kemin's Monogastric vaccine business across the globe by leveraging and scaling the local Kemin expertise and insights on a regional scale EMEA.


What you'll be doing:

You are the driving member of our strategic marketing and technical initiatives for the Monogastric vaccine platforms across the region This consists of:

  • Drive the strategic marketing and technical support for our vaccine platforms.
  • Analyze global market developments and shares and provide a strategy to maintain or reach the Top 5 players for the key market segments in which we participate.
  • Develop robust technical and marketing plans.
  • Design the "Go to market" strategy at regional level that can be implemented by our colleagues in the region.
  • Oversee Brand life cycles from a strategic planning perspective and to work on "Renovation" or "Innovation" to extend the product life cycle, including the planning of (field) studies to support these efforts.
  • Actively work on publications and publication strategies
  • Involve key thought and market leaders that support the positioning of our platforms and transfer these insights to our teams.
  • Translate relevant field issues and customer challenges into solutions to support our local sales, technical and marketing teams and ultimately our customers.
  • Participate in and attend local and international exhibitions, seminars, trainings and workshops;
  • Support to R&D and regulatory Affairs teams where needed, by collecting technical information and trial results;

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Track record in global technical or marketing mangement
  • Experience in a technical/commercial business in animal health.
  • Field experience managing the health status Livestock.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed. This means that you understand customers and the customer's needs.
  • Excellent writing skills (English). Able to provide adequate synthesis.
  • A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a sense of urgency.
  • You like working in a crossfunctional team.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian is a plus.
  • You will be home office based or based at one of our regional headquarters and will travel across the region(3050% of your time)
  • Preference living in Europe / CIS
